Terms of Service

By accessing or participating in M.D.Ai Academy LLC (“M.D.Ai Academy”) programs, curriculum tracks, or web properties, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Educational & Advisory Services

M.D.Ai Academy provides executive AI education, applied engineering cohorts, capstone lab repositories, and enterprise AI enablement in partnership with Scede.ai and FutureTranz, Inc.

2. Intellectual Property

• Academy Materials: Course syllabi, instructional videos, and reference architectures remain the intellectual property of M.D.Ai Academy LLC.
• Fellow Capstones: Fellows and sponsoring enterprises retain 100% ownership of custom code and domain implementations created in their organization workspaces.

3. Acceptable Use

Participants agree not to redistribute private cohort credentials, scrape academy sandboxes, or use lab infrastructure for unauthorized commercial workloads.
