M.D.Ai Academy LLC (“M.D.Ai Academy,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy and protects the personal and enterprise information of our fellows, executive participants, and corporate partners.

1. Information We Collect

• Cohort Admissions & Account Data: Name, work email, organization, role, and GitHub organization slug submitted during enrollment or workspace setup.
• Lab & Telemetry Data: Course progress, capstone repository metadata, and evaluation scores across M.D.Ai Academy and Scede.ai.

2. How We Use Information

• Provision cohort access, lab repositories, and Scede.ai interactive learning modules.
• Coordinate 1-on-1 faculty office hours and enterprise training deliverables.
• Maintain platform security, Cloudflare Turnstile bot protection, and audit logs.

3. Data Protection & Confidentiality

We never sell your personal or corporate data. All enterprise cohort discussions and proprietary codebase architectures are governed by strict mutual confidentiality and NIST SP 800-207 Zero-Trust controls.
